Do you bake fresh bread every day?
Yes — bread is baked on-site every morning, with the first loaves out around 7 a.m. and a midday restock around 2 p.m. The most popular varieties (Borodinsky, sweet bread) often sell out by mid-afternoon.
Do you carry kefir, tvorog, and smetana?
Yes. We keep a full Slavic dairy case with fresh kefir, tvorog (farmer's cheese), smetana (sour cream), and other imported and locally sourced dairy.
Do you take special orders for Easter kulich and paska?
Yes. Easter kulich and paska start at $25 and need 5 days of lead time. Custom celebration cakes need about a week. Use our Special Orders form or call (360) 787-6972.
Do you do catering platters?
Yes — meat, cheese, pickle, and bread platters from $85, serving 10–100. Order at least 48 hours ahead.
What languages are spoken at the store?
English, Russian, and Ukrainian. Our team is happy to help in whichever you're most comfortable with.
